Lipase is an enzyme obtained from the submerged fermentation of a high lipase producing microbial strain with advanced after-extraction process. It can catalyze grease α and β bond, hydrolyse triglycerides or fatty acid esters to produce monoglycerides or diglycerides and free fatty acids, hydrolyse natural oils into fatty acids and glycerol, catalyse lipid synthesis and lipid exchange reaction at the same time.

Enzyme activity unit definition: At a pH of 7 and temperature of 30 ºC, 1 g solid enzyme ( or 1 ml liquid enzyme) hytrolyse substrate to produce 1 umol titratable fatty acid, as enzyme activity unit , state as u/g (or u/ml).

Recommended dosage is 1.0-3.0g/100 kg flour (10-30ppm).
It can release short -chain fatty acids when add this enzyme in feeds, which can also improve the energy utilization of fats and oils feed raw materials, increase and improve the flavor and aroma of feed, improve appetite of livestock.
Recommended dosage is 0.1‰-1‰ of materials.
- The product can be completely soluble in water. It is safety and reliable when used. Do not contact with enzyme directly when in operation. You need to rinse with water timely if contact.
- It should be used as soon as possible when opening original package, and the remaining part should be truss pocket to store.
