Product Description

 

It is combined by a variety of surfactants and special blue enzymes, high efficiency of  low temperature refining and bleaching; it has same or more better gross efficiency and whiteness after scouring under conditions of [85ºC, 30-45 minutes] and [98ºC, 20-30 minutes] compared with the scouring effect under traditional process [98ºC, 30-60 points].

Small dosage and high gross efficiency; at least 50% improvement of gross efficiency compared with scouring by traditional refining agent.

 

Product Characteristics

1. Light blue powder or liquid, anionic / non-ionic type.
2. Can resist more than 100g/l caustic soda.
3. Low foam, environmental protection, without APEO; easily soluble in cold water, easy to melt.
4. Excellent emulsification, cleaning and dispersing properties, excellent refining and oil remove effect, high gross efficiency, improve whiteness.
5. Begin to promote bleaching under low temperature, even whiteness, soft hand feeling.

 

Product Advantages

1. Save water, energy and time, low bath ratio and low temperature, can get excellent whiteness and gross efficiency under 85ºC with 30-45 minutes .
2. Reduce the weight loss rate, the weight loss rate is about 4-5% after scouring, lower than the traditional 6-8%.
