Product Description

 

Waterless enzyme GR-M118, a new developed powder enzyme, no need extra water in enzyme washing process, can replace pumice stone completely, sustainable enzyme washing without high-tech machine, with a better anti-dyeing rate, to accelerate the mechanical wear of indigo without adding other chemicals can be adjusted. It can reduce solid waste emission and reduce the cost of desilting when use GR-M118 in the traditional yeast mill desizing process. It will be  more environmentally friendly and more convenient after using GR-M118.

Processing time	10-60min(be based on technology and fabrics)
Work pH	5.5-7.0
Work Temperature	45-55ºC
using: apply enzyme without water, apply enzyme in an environment without water and steam. Recommend to apply enzyme multiple times to ensure enzyme application on the fabric evenly.
Note: when use GR-M118 to replace pumice stone, please confirm the final dosage after several trial testings.

Note: The dosage and processing time of enzymes must be determined by the user according to the requirements of the processing template. When using them in the same bath as chemical additives, please try to use non-ionic chemical additives to avoid reducing enzyme activity.

Packing & Storage

1. Packing : 25kg/bag or 50kg/drum or other standard packages.
2. Storage : Be stored in a cool and dry place below 25 ºC, away from direct sunlight. The shelf life is 12 months under sealed conditions
