Product Description

This product is specialized in the treatment of non-ferrous wastewater. It is a kind of cationic polymer compound that combines decolorization, flocculation and COD removal.

Application

1. It is mainly used for the decolorization of high chrominance waste water of dyestuff factory, specially for reactive dyes, acidic dyes disperse dyes.
2. It can also be used in waster water treatment of textile industry and printing and dyeing factory. As well as industrial sewage treatment such as pigment, ink and papermaking industries and so on.
3. This product can also be used as paper reinforcing agent, sizing agent and charge neutralizer.

 

Usage & Dosage

 

1. 10-40 times dilute the product with water, then add the diluted product directly into water, and after settling or flotation with stirring for several minutes, get clear liquid after decoloring.
2. Adjust the PH value of waste water to 7-10 to improve the treatment effect.
3. When the chrominance and CODCr of the sewage is high, the product can be used in collocation with PAC, but can not be mixed use. This can reduce processing costs. Add PAC in advance or later, should be determined according to the test and process.

1. This product is non-flammable and explosive, should be stored at room temperature, not exposed to the sun.
2. 120/125kgs drum packing.
